Relocation to Las Vegas

Summer of 2020 – Now in Nevada

We have relocated to the West side of Las Vegas and are hoping that things will get back to normal so we can find volunteer work to help fill our time. The nearby forest at Mt Charleston is proving to be a bit far to drive on a regular basis, but may still be an option. A few conversations with deputies from Las Vegas Metro PD leave me optimistic of helping there too. We’ll see….

Let the Retirement Begin!

I used to work for “the Man” and now I work for “the Bear”!

I am now retired and my only recurring commitment now is to my Forest Service Volunteer work. Smokey can be a firm, but fair task master!

I have a few plans set in July, but am open to occasional freelance work if anyone can use my skills. Feel free to contact me from this website if you wish to discuss this further.

Meanwhile, I’ll be soaking up some California Sun and figuring out my new role as “house husband.”
